Dr Bertram Canagasingham

Dr. Bertram Canagasingham is a senior Urologist providing high quality urological care in the Penrith, Windsor and Richmond areas.
He is a fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and the Royal College of Surgeons of England. He completed advanced training in Urology in Sydney and then undertook post fellowship training at the University of Wales Hospital in Cardiff, UK. He is involved in teaching medical students and supervising junior doctors in hospital.

Urological cancer surgery, lower urinary tract dysfunction including management of enlarged prostates (BPH), male and female urinary incontinence and voiding dysfunction. Laparoscopic surgery for Kidney cancer and endoscopic surgery for Bladder cancer. He is very experienced in laser surgery for stones in the urinary tract and for enlarged prostates. He performs da Vinci robotic surgery for Prostate cancer and sling operations for post radical prostatectomy incontinence. He also performs vasectomy and scrotal surgery for testis cancer, hydrocoeles and epididymal cysts.
