I’m a specialist plastic surgeon and plastic surgery is my life.

He completed his undergraduate medical studies at the University of New South Wales, followed by extensive surgical training in both General Surgery and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

His qualifications reflect years of dedicated learning and supervised practice, as required by the rigorous Australian standards for specialist medical registration.

Dr Laniewski pursued further advanced training through an international fellowship at the Royal Marsden Hospital in London, an internationally recognised centre for complex reconstructive surgery.

During this time, he gained hands-on experience in complex cases and developed a profound respect for the emotional and physical resilience of his patients.

Working closely with women undergoing breast reconstruction after cancer, he refined not only his surgical techniques but also the compassion and empathy that define his approach to care.

He continued his overseas development with further study alongside established plastic surgeons in London’s Harley Street district and at international courses across New York, Germany, and France.

These experiences helped him develop a nuanced understanding of facial and breast aesthetics—skills he now brings back to his patients across his New South Wales clinics.
